A Tower of Light

It was a gray, cloudless day at Yaquina Bay when I saw this lighthouse in the distance. It was originally made in Paris in 1868 and shipped to Oregon. A beautiful piece of architecture, I tried to capture its elegant wrought iron lantern room along with the distressed texture of the brick building supporting it.
